We highly recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance to skip the line at the ticket booth and guarantee entry on busy nights. Tickets can also be purchased on-site during operating hours with cash or credit card, but availability may be limited on peak weekends.

Can I use my ticket on a different date than the one that I purchased it for?

All ticket sales are final once the purchase has been completed. Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at checkout and cannot be transferred or exchanged for another night. Please double-check your date before completing your order.

I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final, similar to concerts or sporting events. Once a purchase has been completed, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued. Please be sure to confirm your plans and selected date before completing your order.

Are you open if it rains?

Yes! Scare Grounds of the South operates rain or shine. Portions of the attractions and midway are outdoors, so we encourage guests to dress appropriately for the weather. In the event of severe weather that may impact safety, temporary delays or adjustments may occur, but we remain open whenever possible.

How long does it take to go through the attractions?

Each haunted attraction takes approximately 15 minutes to complete, although times can vary depending on the pace of your group. With both attractions, midway games, and food options available, most guests spend between 1.5 and 2 hours on the property enjoying the full Scare Grounds experience.

Do you have food and drinks?

Yes! Food trucks are on-site every night, serving a variety of delicious meals, snacks, and beverages. Take a break between attractions to enjoy a hot meal or a refreshing drink at one of our picnic tables in the midway.
